Journaling on digital platforms

Journaling the learnings on social media is a great way to retain what have been learnt.

It provides different ways of going back into time & looking at what has been done till date (traceability & tracking the learning progress) & what more to/can be learnt (building those learning triggers). Instagram’s profile gallery can be treated like a mood board that evoke feelings/summarized version of how the journey of journaling has been so far.

Inclusiveness of these platforms are helpful for anyone looking for growth in their respective fields, by gazing at others’ learning, point of views, experiences & others’ expressions is another offering. That’s the beauty of social medias and LinkedIn being the most preferred place for professionals to hangout where learners can invite criticism/constructive feedback through the network of experienced designers (continuous process of re-learning), so having your learnings documented here can be a great thing.

One thing that has helped me majorly is — having an audience(connections) of like minded people on this platform (UX Designers) in mind while writing….

What are the other social media offerings do you think can be added to the best practices list while journaling??
